Europe (up to 4 weeks) = £4.80 per book
Europe (up to 6 weeks) = £5.60 per book
ROW (up to 6 weeks) = £7.00 per book

US (UPS Ground - 5-7 days):
$6.00 for the first book
$1.50 for each additional book

Outside US (USPS International Priority Mail - 7-14 days):
$20.00 for the first book
$10.00 for each additional book
